Just wanted to share my update. Talked with guest communications. She was nice and friendly. Told me its maybe 1 or 2 rooms a week being requested for dogs. Sighting the newness of the policy. Now I don't know if she meant just the fort wilderness cabins area or all of disney. She said that she talked with the person who makes room assignments and they are putting us away from the dog area. I ask if she knew the loop and she said possibly loop 2800. But couldnt say for sure. So that would be in line with what I read here as that's the farest from loops 2200 and 2300. She went on to tell me that the fort area is so sprawling and that each cabin is kind of by itself. That combined with no real common areas we really shouldn't worry about it. Saying in the kindest way that nothing has actually happened. Which is very true, but my daughter does have a real fear, and doesn't need something to happen to totally panic her. Again she was very kind, but I didn't like that remark. I didn't really feel satisfied with our conversation. But really what could I expect. I did ask about the two reports I saw on here, one of the dog sitting on the chair in the common area and one of the OP that described a dog barking. She was vague and said the picture was probably snapped right before a CM informed them of the policy. Saying sometime people don't see any wrong in what they are doing until they are inform by a CM. Barking she didn't have a responce for. Again thanks to everyone who posted.
