New Disney hotel?

Has anyone heard anything about the new luxury hotel disney is suppose to be building? Is there a projected opening date? Is there going to be dvc there?

It is going in what is now the DTD parking lot between ESPN Zone and M&F Garage then a new parking garage for the hotel and DTD behind that. Slated to open in 2021. No official word on DVC but most speculation is that there will be a DVC component as the DL Resort demand is high and prior to the new hotel project there were plans for an DTD and DVC expansion on that same parcel.

Probably not much as the GCH DVC is apparently still the highest demand and lowest availability of all the DVC properties.

Nothing more than some vague concept sketches and no theme has been set.
