About 48 hours. Bought my first set on 12/10, they shipped 12/12, and they’re out for delivery today.Made it in on the giftcards promo earlier today. They are reviewing the purchase. How long does that last?
Was the frozen stuff still good?Fwiw, in the past 3 weeks FedEx has lost track of 2 of my deliveries. One came 5 days later (stuff that was shipped frozen) and the other was a week later. I
Yes the charges are pending but I've never had a problem with canceled BB items coming off.I had one order of one digital that went through, received the email and then it was canceled. The charge is pending on my credit card.
Is this the situation for each of you? Hopefully it will fall off tonight.
EDIT: I should add that I was able to buy 2 digital and 1 physical (already delivered and in my account) the first day.
I'm being charged for 4.
When I talked with that group they said error when trying to activate. I asked for refund. Was told requested. Just got an email a new card was shipped.I was able to supply the serial number for the card. And could tell which order it was by it not having the full serial on the order. This helped them tell it hadn’t been activated. They were going to have me call a number to activate with that group. But I just asked for a refund instead.
I have now had them ring up both the variable and the $50 cards rung up two together. I was told today that they could now do two at a time in store and get the discount on both.So before it was reported that with the $50 card instore the discount would only apply if they did 1 per transaction (if they did 2 of them on same transaction it would only discount the first card and not the rest). Are you saying with the variable load cards they can ring up 2 of them at the same time in same transaction and the discount worked for both cards?
My 3 local BB stores have all had the plastic cards in both $50 and variable load.Got my Best Buy physical cards loaded and transferred successfully. Interestingly, these were still plastic red mickey cards, so I guess the Best Buy they ship from has some old stock hanging around.
Same thing here. First two had the BB online order on it and then I opened the third and nothing. Luckily it also worked as well.I was so paranoid today because one physical card didn't have a sticker with my name on it when I opened it. Thankfully I am three for three activated. I have another coming tomorrow though
I am stopping at $270 per Amex account for the $25 offer.
No.Was the frozen stuff still good?
Got to love customer service these days. We can’t activate your card. What’s that you want a refund? Ok whoops wrong button pressed I guess they are getting a new card instead….When I talked with that group they said error when trying to activate. I asked for refund. Was told requested. Just got an email a new card was shipped.
I mean the majority of customer service centers are overseas. It’s a second language for them.Got to love customer service these days. We can’t activate your card. What’s that you want a refund? Ok whoops wrong button pressed I guess they are getting a new card instead….
There are plenty of fully fluent second+ language folks. Company’s willingness to pay up for them? That’s harder to find.I mean the majority of customer service centers are overseas. It’s a second language for them.
I just came back from my local BB store. Bought 3 variable cards at $50 for $45 each. Separate transactions. Used same CC on all.Do the BB variable load cards ring up at $45? or do they have to be the $50 card to get the discount?

Darn! Wish I saw this earlier! Went to our local BB and all the $50 GCs were sold.I just came back from my local BB store. Bought 3 variable cards at $50 for $45 each. Separate transactions. Used same CC on all.
The cashier was confused at first why it was ringing up as $45 when they entered $50, but they eventually just accepted it and moved on lol.

Now that’s a valuable data point. Was wondering if someone had tried thatI went to another BB store today. Cashier said that she will let me buy $2000 max per day. I bought the $50 per 2 transaction at a time. They were not busy. I must have grabbed some variable ones. She said that she was going to try $500 and it came up $450. She did it twice but 2 different transactions. I was so excited that I stopped at $1900. I didnt want her to get in trouble. She told me that she works again tomorrow. So I will buy more tomorrow. Im very happy and relieved that I am saving 10% on my dues. I remember when my dues were under $600.
