NEW Disney Gift Card Deals and More.

Giftcards.com has a number of sales on gift cards, including a $10 giftcards.com gift card when buying a $100 One4All Ultimate gift card. Combine with 5% from Paypal (must actiavte first) and befrugal has 5% on One4All gift cards from giftcards.com

Just an additional point...the discount would not apply when I was logged into my giftcards.com account...I had to log out, then put the order into my cart, and then log back into my giftcards.com account and then the discount worked. Very strange.

I just noticed this Chase Offer and could provide over 50% off a Disney card.

The offer is for Checkout with Paze.
You receive $5 when activating Paze and $50 off when you spend $100 at participating merchants.

The merchant list is small but does include New egg and there is no mention of GC being excluded.

I bought my Target physical GCs this morning. I haven't bought them in a while so maybe this isn't new.

The cashier had a roll of stickers that he placed on the back of the card before scanning it at the register. This security sticker has the scratch off silver spot and the access code is under that spot. He scanned the card's bar code and then then security sticker. The GC can't be activated without both.

I thought this was a pretty ingenious way to thwart those scammers who grab cards off of the display, take them home and get the codes off of them and then return those cards to the rack for some unsuspecting consumer to purchase. Has anyone else seen this at Target or any other big box stores?

Another Pay in 4 PayPal data point.

I made a $500 eGC purchase at Disney Store the morning of 11/26, before the emails went out telling everyone that the terms were changing. That purchase credited in full. I still have rewards pending for Disney Store GC purchases made 11/18 and 11/20, both were for physical GC. I already got the rewards for a second GC purchase made on 11/20, which was for an eGC.

Yes they have been doing this for at least a year.

I agree it is a good idea as stickers are under the register and they are not tied to the card until activation so even if some one had the card number they would not know the code from under the sticker and vice versa

Please let us know if this works for you.

. Has anyone else seen this at Target or any other big box stores?
My Target in CA has had them for some time.

Target got burned bad the year their physical in store gc data was stolen left and right during their big Dec sale, they’ve rather stayed on the leading edge of gc security innovation since.

There is an unconfirmed report that Staples has the $200 Visa gift card fee free in store this week. (By unconfirmed, I mean that I have only seen one person post it. However, according to the usual Staples schedule, you would expect them to be fee free this week.)

Not sure if they updated it since you posted, but it says 4x purchases of $25 now instead of $100 on my account.
