Did you add the 20% "Pay in Four" promo to your account? I think you have to do that first for it to show up when you pay.

I know ... I have always thought the name "Budget Board" is a misnomer.

Wow I figured it out. In the terms and conditions of Pay in 4 it says "Pay in 4 is currently not available to residents of MO"

Quoting myself here
I changed my address to a family outside of Missouri and put a VPN on and it gave me the option to use Pay in 4. Now I have to figure out if I should do it or if they will just cancel it

After all the recent good offers, I'm sitting out on PayPal. The FOMO is strong, but I need to keep telling myself that I've got enough to pay upcoming DVC dues, meals for our December trip, and our cruise next Fall is paid on full. We're also not renewing our APs as we're out of DVC points until 2026... Feels so weird to not need more discounted DGCs!!!

Well, it looks like even though I chose the pay in 4 option at checkout, it didn't actually do the pay in 4 and charged me the full amount. Oh well, I guess this promotion was just not meant to be for me...
