Bought a few mins ago and received in about 10 mins. None are working on the disney gift card site. All 4 give an error.

I'm having the same issue, none of my 4 work either....

Update: The Disney World website is now saying that it's "Unable to accept Disney Gift Card payments at this time. Please try again later."

Same here -- earlier I was able to consolidate 4 cards from Sam's. I just got four more from another friend and am unable to add them, but I *AM* able to add a physical gift card that I was going to use to consolidate them.

I bought one this morning from Sams on the sale and having the same problem I can't add it to my current gift card. I even went to try and add an on-board credit for the cruise with it, and that doesn't work either. It said it couldn't process gift cards at the moment.

No, you can consolidate them all to one of the e cards if you prefer. Or just keep them as separate e cards. Most people do it because they want to use a physical card.

For everyone having errors on the website, that is probably a website side issue only. Last night I followed up with a Disney Gift Card customer service rep to confirm that indeed all of my cards were showing as valid and loaded with correct amounts - even though they could not load on the site. Probably just need to give it some time. As of this AM, 2 of mine are still not loading, while 2 loaded and I was able to consolidate them onto another card. Last night, none of them would load.

Also, there is an email feedback page on the DGC site that the rep recommended I use to report the issue if it continues.

Similar experience here, got my cards (not a plus member). Emailed quickly, yay! But get the 'oops" message when trying to confirm the balance on the card so no luck consolidating as of yet. Likely system overload. I'll just check later!

Ordered my 4 Sam's DGC last night. Like others, kept getting error messages trying to load them to disneygiftcard.com. This morning, 3 out of the 4 successfully loaded. Still getting the errror with one of them. Annoying. I suppose I better wait some time before trying to load it again. Any thoughts on how long to give it?

Update. I called the 877 number to check the balance of my 1 DGC for which I was still getting an error on the website. Connected me to a representative (in just a few minutes - surprised it took so little time). The card shows a $200 balance but she said it was on hold and the funds had not been released yet. She put in a request to have the funds released and said it would take no more than 24-48 hours. My guess is Sam's and/or Disney has put this in as a security feature to help prevent fraud - basically, a delayed release of the funds. Or just plain nonsense is always another explanation.

I ordered another 4 this morning about 7:45 (with a different Sam's account than the one last night). Got the order confirmation e-mail, but have yet to receive the actual gift cards.

I just ordered 2 cards from Sam's. I don't really need them now, but I can use them for park tickets for a future trip. While it's tempting to buy passes from the 3rd party sites, I can't get 10% off at their sites; this is what I'll "save" by buying with discounted gift cards. I'm thinking about getting the other 2 cards... we'll see, I think I'm going to wait until these two are delivered and can be loaded onto my hard card... aka "Mulan."

I also got my 4 cards this morning around 8:50. Got the confirmation and gift card emails within minutes. However, cannot add any to the Disney Gift Card site either and get an oops screen when just try to check the balance as well.

Should I call or just wait? I am in no hurry, other than to transfer the balance on the new cards to an existing one.
