I unfortunately had the same issue. I called the phone number provided on the DGC website for reporting lost or stolen cards, which forwards you to DGC customer service. They confirmed that 3 of my cards were active and loaded with the correct balance of $200 each, while one was "on hold" and should be active within 24 hours. However, with the rep on the phone, I went back and tried to load the three "active" cards on the DGC website, and continued getting an error. The rep could not give me any information on why there was a problem, and suggested I email DGC customer service. So, sounds like there's probably an issue with the website. Luckily right now it doesn't appear to be a problem with the cards themselves since Disney was able to confirm they are valid.
