Were these Disney bus drivers?I just called twice and spoke to two different people. One says "oh you will be able to order early". The 2nd says "No not eligible". Oh well lol

I have email confirmations in 2024 for 10% at Costco. I thought they ran a promo this year but it was Sam’s in May with 10% off.Costco? Costco pretty much never sells Disney GCs.
December 2023 was an anomaly.
The DGC flashed back in stock at Costco and Costco quickly pulled it from the website. There were huge issues with redemptions where it seemed like it wasn't even supposed to go back on sale. Costco made it right in the end, but I wouldn't count on Costco consistently offering DGCs since it has not historically.I have email confirmations in 2024 for 10% at Costco. Yeah I noticed it too. I am now at $288/400 for the free turkey. It seems like as of now there is a mistake in the Shoprite system and gift cards are counting towards the free turkey for spending $400. My receipt says I have $100 out of $400 towards the holiday promotion and the only thing I bought was the $100 gift card.

BJ's gift card deal:
$500 gift card with BJ's discount and a $10 coupon came to $463.....plus got a free turkey

I googled it and found one at New Egg:Anywhere where I can buy $10 Disney gift cards?
I got the following offer from US Bank via email:
Earn up to $100 for spend between November 1 and December 31 2025 and purchases of $10 or more.
10 transactions, gets $20
25 transactions gets $50
50 transactions gets $100
So if I could find $10 gift cards for the 50 transitions it would be 20% off.
I think Walmart has one that is from $5. So you can change it to $10.Anywhere where I can buy $10 Disney gift cards?

I didn't have one of these cards but as long as you are not losing anything then imo Thank You points would be better for redeeming.A heads up to anyone else that has/had a Shop Your Way Mastercard from Citi.
Citi has dropped the SYW card and it is now a Citi Thank-you card. I don't recall getting any warning about this. I got an email offer from Citi the other day attached to my Thank You card. I don't have a Thank You card. I closed the one I had several years ago. So I though it was a phishing email. I had been using the SYW card at the grocery store to get groceries and Disney GCs. I had offers that ran thru the end of this year that amounted to more than 10% back in statement credits, plus SYW points.
The Thank You card is nowhere near as good when it comes to offers or rewards.
Long story short, if you had the SYW card, I would not wait to redeem any SYW points. I have no idea when the program will end but I just cashed out all but 5 points for Amazon GC to make sure that I don't lose them. I have no idea whether Citi will give a statement credit for my October grocery store purchases that were valid under the SYW card. It's a lot of $ that I will forfeit if they don't make good.
Ironically, I was still getting SYW email offers as recently as November 2. I went online to check my CC account this morning and there was a notice that I needed to log in under their Thank You card instead of SYW.
Maybe better for redeeming but not better for earning. It would take a lot of spending to get enough AAdvantage points to make it worthwhile amd there just aren't enough bonus offers compared to what I was getting with SYW.I didn't have one of these cards but as long as you are not losing anything then imo Thank You points would be better for redeeming.
You can actually get cash as opposed to a gift card or you can transfer to American Airlines.
Yes for redeeming. You folks that had the card certainly had many bonus opportunities that I was jealous of. I was just throwing out the redemption options for others assuming that the SYR Points were going to be converted 1 to 1 into Thank You points that can be used for actual cash.Maybe better for redeeming but not better for earning. I guess this card will be going in a drawer to collect dust. I'm not a fan of Citi to begin with and there's a reason why I canceled my Thank You card years ago.
I don't believe they're going to be converted. Visa is going to be offering a SYW card later this month but the old SYW MC have already been converted to Citi Thank You cards and you have to apply for the Visa card. It is not issued by Citi. It will be issued by First Bank & Trust. The SWY points have expiration dates, your points will eventually disappear. So unless you're going to apply for that new SYW Visa, you will not be adding to your total. Best to cash out while you can and before your points get lost or devalued. Who knows how long that program will be around in its current form?Yes for redeeming. You folks that had the card certainly had many bonus opportunities that I was jealous of. I have the converted Citi Thank You card from the old Sears changeover earlier in the year. The offers have continued to be strong. Don't give up.A heads up to anyone else that has/had a Shop Your Way Mastercard from Citi.

SYW & Citi notified everyone via email a couple times and via snail mail about this upcoming change. Spend offers are still valid and in fact a new one went out a couple days ago. SYW points expiration will show in your SYW account. SYW is not going away, you can still earn points with the program other ways and they are getting a new cc partner to launch the Shop Your Way 5321 Visa. Not sure which bank is issuing the new "Shop Your Way 5321" Visa. The card will have expanded points earnings beyond what the citi version had but unknown if it will have the spend offers. The converted cards earn ThankYou points now, generally a far more valuable currency as they can be converted to partners for those who travel on points and it's not easy to accumulate a lot of TY points as they have stricter churning rules.A heads up to anyone else that has/had a Shop Your Way Mastercard from Citi.
