NEW Disney Gift Card Deals and More.

Last one, I had to ask for a refund when the light cream they gave me expires in 3 days. Like c'mon. I don't think their staff knows how to rotate their stock because the previous light cream I got expires in November.

I don't think they check for dares period. I've found good & gather brand chips with a best by date at least a couple of weeks old and it was all of them. Target brand so they stock them, not thr chip guy from wherever. Also not the only stuff I've not bought due to dates there.

However the fred meyer (kroger) that I go to us just as bad. I know a lot of stuff is fine after the best buy date, but why would I pay full price for something past the date. And you know a lot of people don't pay attention to them when shopping. I always look for the furthest out date and if it's not far enough I don't buy it for something like mayo.

Anyone remember what the black friday deal was last year?

I think I found it. It was $472.49 So a bit cheaper if we wait and gamble.

BJ’s Black Friday 2023:
  • Offered the following DGC deals:
    • $25 Disney gift cards for $23.49
    • $50 Disney gift cards for $46.99
    • $100 Disney gift cards for $94.99
    • 3x $50 Disney gift cards for $141.49
    • $500 Disney gift cards for $472.49
    • Offer valid 11/17/23 - 11/27/23.
    • BJ's also offered DGC at a discount 2 days prior to BF which ended on 11/16/23

Speaking of Target, they can keep the $15 as I'm returning the majority of the items I purchased. :(

I bought:
10 - Up & Up "Snap & Store" 32 fl oz/3ct
6 - Up & Up "Snap & Store" 16 fl oz/4ct

The lids don't close properly making them absolutely useless. I bought 8 whole chickens from Costco that I need to process today. :crazy2:

And get this, DH & DS bought two - 1 gallon jugs of Simple Truth organic milk from Kroger. I took one out and noticed the safety seal was already broken. I thought maybe DS or DH opened it to pour a glass of milk but changed their mind. So I poured some in my coffee only to find big clumps of white floating milk solids and what appeared to be about a spoonful of oil floating on the top of my coffee! I asked my menfolk if they opened the milk, nope. Down the drain it all went. The safety seal on the other jug was intact but there was a large amount of fat solids at the neck of the opening. This is NOT normal. so in the drain it went as well.

From now on we'll be buying our milk from Meijer. They have the safety lids and when you open it up there is another safety pull tab which can be a bear to remove if you have arthritis. Honestly, I'd rather go through the pain than drink that nastiness from Kroger!

Phew! Off to find containers!

Found the containers at Amazon
Rubbermaid 2-Cup 7J60 Easy Find Lid Square Food Storage 8pk. $21.73 and bought 15 sets. Used points, zero OOP. :thumbsup2

Perfect size, love Rubbermaid easy find lids but delivery is estimated Oct. 26 - Oct. 30 and my chickens won't last that long in the fridge. :furious:

Not sure it's the same container, but dollar tree (well 1.25 tree) often has Rubbermaid containers. Though the Betty crocker they also sometimes have work just as well. We've used both for freezing stuff.

Just got a new Target Circle Bonus. Received it on both accounts. Spend $140 and get a $15 reward and expires in 11 days.

After my last time of trying on the first day and not getting the bonus I'll wait a day or two.

Still have the $15 off $90 (not on GC's) that expires today so I think this is the first time I have ever had bonuses overlap.

Thanks for the heads up. I got $40 for spending $380 with Target Circle card. DH got $35 for $350. Expires Oct 30.

Luckily still no language on exclusion of third party gift cards, I was worried after last time!

Thanks for the reminder. I tried to get into my bonuses yesterday but the page wouldn't load.

Have $10 for $110 here. Good because I need a little more on hand before we fly 11/1. Between this and Sam's, I'll be stocked back up.

Target gave me a $15 off $90 purchase today - expires 10/26. Which overlaps with my spend $270, get $25 in rewards.

Husband is at the airport waiting for his flight to Orlando for the Gartner conference. Just me & the kids for the week.

If anyone has Amex cards, check the offers for Lowes. I have a spend $200 or more, get $50 back. Excludes gift cards sold online, but doesn't seem to exclude those bought in store.

Grr! I do not have the offer. Did anyone notice this...

"You may have noticed we've redesigned our website. We're excited to bring you an even better, upgraded online experience!"

How sad Amex didn't include a way to delete offers I'm simply not interested in like Wine & Baby. Oh, hey that's me, whine baby! Get it?! :rotfl:

I’ve not done this one before. Do all Offiice Depots have gift cards in store?

Not sure if this belongs here or not but seems to be in the spirit. Quality clothesline at decent prices. Ever year I buy December holiday pjs for the family kiddos and they are having a sale now
