NEW Disney Gift Card Deals and More.

Side question on the Target spend $400, get $40 in Target Circle. Is the expiration date of the offer just on the meeting the $400 spending, or does the $40 in Target bonus dollars also expire on that date?
asking to make sure I don't go to the effort to earn it and then lose it if there is nothing special I need to buy by the end of the week.
Thanks.

It is just on meeting the $400 spending. The $40 Circle Rewards will have their own expiration date (typically a year from date earned).

This is correct. I posted a couple pages back that the $40 rewards I earned expired in January 2026.

DW has the perfect Target bonus. $350 for $35. So a $200, $100, and $50 DGC gets me exactly there and puts me at 15% off. Which is great considering DLR severely depleted my DGC funds and I have a cruise in May.

ETA: Maybe I spoke too soon. I made the purchase and have received all three DGC but I'm only seeing $250 credited towards the bonus. Are $100 DGC not counted?

Also I'll add that there was an additional bonus for spending $199 and getting a Target Circle 360 annual membership. that shows as completed. Could that be messing me up? It doesn't makes sense that the $200 and the $50 DGC applied but not the $100.

I have never seen a “spend $x and get $x in rewards. For me, it has always been make 3 separate purchases, each one with a minimum amount, to get the rewards.

Look at your bill carefully and see exactly how they charged you. I know in the past when they have deals like buy $50 beauty items and get a $5 target gift card free, what they really do is take $5 off the cost of the beauty items and then charge you $5 for the gift card so that $5 doesn't count towards the bonus spend. I wonder if they did something similar in your case.

Below is my receipt from an earlier post illustrating this.

I had not either until I got the $400 get $40 that everyone else is seeming to get.

One purchase and a number that is perfect for Disney Gift Cards I couldn't believe it either.

I see three receipts one for each gift card. They were made in one purchase. The only discount is for using the red card.

Help! I need to buy a DGC today and don’t have any Target circle offers in my account. What’s the best discount right now at other places? Does anyone beat the 5% target card?

Do you have a chase ink cash? If so buy $600 in Mastercards for slightly less ($15 off $300 in cards).

Take those cards to BJ’s or sams and buy them there. It is a lot of work though for only slightly more savings (this won’t even be 10%)

I assume you are referring to the Office Depot Mastercard deal. That also assumes Tinkerbell actually lives near an OD, there are many states that don't even have an OD anymore (there are none in New Jersey or Delaware just to name 2.)

Probably the 5% at Target is go be the easiest at this time, as the first few months after Christmas usually don't see that many discounts on gift cards.

The funny thing is I just got an email that my $325 gift card purchase gave me a free year of Target circle (I didn't even realize I had the offer on my account) and also qualified me for the $30 bonus. So it seems like it was an issue with your purchase. If you click the dropdown arrow by your name on your target account in the upper right corner and click on target circle, and then in the middle of the page it has 5 headings (Deals, Bonus, Partners, Voting, Activity). Click on Activity and it will give you a breakdown as to what did and didn't qualify towards the bonus. Below is what my activity looks like for the purchase I just made of a $200 gift card, a $100 gift card, and a $25 gift card.

Yes in my head I had written down OD/OM lol
