Ack. Sounds like Target 5% is usually the only sure thing.

Sams Club always has DGC, but the discount varies. Right now - they have 5% off $200, and you can buy up to 5. They also have 4% off 3% off in other denominations. You can generally stack them with credit card cash back, but apparently not with the store Mastercard.

Once in a while, they will offer steeper discounts (7.5% - 10%)…usually seems to be around the holidays and sometimes around May. But again - no guarantees.

Just a heads up that Sam's Club purchases of third party gift cards in store or e-gift cards online are not earning any Sam's cash back. I have Plus membership with the Sam's MasterCard and bought SW e-gift cards in June that did not earn Sam's cash and just bought Disney gift cards in-store that did not earn cash back.

I haven't purchased any gift cards through Sam's in over a month now. The last time that I did, I was still receiving the 3% with the CC.

I have tried several times today and on 2 different computers but have not been able to get the Viator coupon. Each time I receive the "Sorry there is a delay processing your reward. We'll contact you by email" but no email. I tried 2 diifferent emails but neither worked and incognito mode.

Retail me not, groupon, & coupon cabin all used to have 10% off viator.

I've tried for about a week hoping one would work, nope!
What a bummer if that deal is long gone.

The last known was through Best Buy for Total & Plus members
$100 Amtrak gift cards for $85, which expired on 2/04/24.

But you bring up a valid point. @Liquidice Amtrak should be on the Travel list as well.

Yep, I found it confusing as some peeps were receiving 3% while others were not. I wonder if some are just grandfathered in due to when they applied for the credit card?

If I may suggest, instead of putting a line through the DP, I would update it to:

Or perhaps newer customers? I’ve had the card since it was a Discover when they only took cash, Discover and atm/debit cards and that fancy paper that people called checks.

No, didn't earn the 2% for being a plus member, just the 3% on the card. I'll have to try this again soon with a small gift card purchase since you're not getting any CB. Maybe they caught on.
