New Disney Fall Offer----No AP Discounts Yet???

I just saw the fall offer from Disney (looks like a good one), but there are no AP room discounts yet? Any rumors on if/when this will come out?

Also, I see they are still discounting SSR, so this makes about 3 discount offerings in a row for this resort----are they having trouble filling this with DVC owners? If the right AP discount came out, I wouldn't mind trying this resort.
