New DDE List on WDW Website -- Food Courts are back!!!

Just checked the WDW website minutes ago and the DDE list once again includes the food courts @ Values and some Moderates. There was a lot of confusion about this earlier...so hopefully this clears everything up.
Here's the updated list:

the food court at Riverside gave me the 20% DDE discount this past weekend.

Why would only the food courts at some moderates be included. That doesn't seem fair. Of course maybe I am just jealous since I am going to Riverside and it doesn't look like the food court there is included.

My understanding is:
If Hotel DOES NOT have a FULL service rest. the card can be used at food court.
Since boatwrights is at riverside no dde in food court.

You guys seem to be up-to-date on this... Can I use the DDE for CRT (breakfast)? I though I had heard it wasn't allowed anymore, but I see CRT is on the list? Can anyone set me straight? Thanks

When I made our ADRs for CRT in April, they charged me the 20% discounted price since it is pre-paid.
