New DCL Website: Recent Online Check-ins?

I'm trying to be prepared for the online check-in and want to know if there are any changes now that the DCL website has been "upgraded" (using this word *very* loosely). Because, of course, I am going to be out of town on a girls' trip to NoLA the date my online check-in opens (yes, and it's a Friday night, so I'll have had a few libations). And to compound, I'm traveling with only a carry-on (Frontier Air, ughh!) and will only have my ipad (no laptop or desktop back-up), and I'm sharing a room with my friends, so in essence, need to be prepared, quick, and efficient.

1. Does online check-in still start at midnight? Can I do the whole check-in then, including PAT?
2. Besides the passport and credit card information, what other information will I need?

I did online with the new system. I did it at 12am EST. It already had my passport info in their system, but I did enter my Credit Card data and they did ask for airline info if you are flying in. I don't suppose you need to enter that but since we are using Disney transportation I gave them everything. I think that's it....

I was able to check-in right at midnight EST just last week, and I selected our PAT and booked excursions. I believe you only *need* your credit card info initially....you can go back later and add passport info, flight info, etc.

Does the section to book port adventures still look the same as before the site was updated, and is the process still the same? We are hoping for no surprises there.

I think it's still the same. However, it's been a year since our last cruise, so my memory isn't the greatest.
