New contest: Photoshopping

All,

Lets try a photoshop contest.

I will post a picture. I will have a large size and the link the the original size. These will be either my photos or some that people volunter for use. I have removed my copyright watermark, you have my permision to use.


It will then be up to you to photoshop to your hearts content and post it back. We will run the same time as the regularly scheduled contest runs.

Voting will run just as the regular contest does.

Anything goes.

Yes whatever program you want to use is fine. I use Photoshoped as a generic term for editing or altering an image.

Sure I'll share my "secret"

I used Photoshop to adjust the brightness/contrast, then bumped up the color a bit. I then used Paint Shop Pro Photo to apply the sepia effect (I prefer doing this in PSPP as there is an option where you can pick the age of your photo called "time machine"). Finally I went back into Photoshop and adjusted the sharpness.
