When we were there last week you could see through the holes in the fence that they are starting to construct the rock that will be going around the castle. It looks to me like the queue might be inside that rock area. I think we'll be seeing lots of interesting construction soon. The tractors were working hard in Hogsmeade too, so that should be getting exciting as well.
