My DBF and myself have about 25 pounds to loose each. We are calling it "getting into disney shape", we are trying to get motivated but it is hard, we are really busy. Any support you can give would be great. He goes by MickeyRPI and I am CTpooh.

Join in any of the challenge threads if you need motivation sometimes these help to keep you accountable.

It is great that you have someone to help you there. I'd say just pick a plan, schedule your activities and make it happen without even giving yourselves the excuse to not. Motivation is from within you, but you can make it happen.

Welcome to WISH. It is great that you have a partner to work with in your weight loss efforts, it makes all of the difference! I understand about being busy, but you need to schedule time for you. I used to say I was too busy to exercise. I finally joined Curves and now 3-4 days a week right after work I go and work out, it is almost a 40 min. extension of my work day, something I scheduled, something I need to complete. There is time, you just have to make yourself a priority.
