New Chase Visa Star Wars cards and Meet N Greet experience!

I just ordered my card with the 60th Castle on it! I really want to know when they consider "Fall" to be... we will be there at the end of September and would really enjoy the new meet and greet!

Okay now that I'm looking at the site my question is answered ,you don't have to have the SW themed card to get into the SW M&G....But their post about getting 10% off on Star Wars merchandise is completely misleading...it is just the normal "spend $50 and get 10% off".
I'm sure the "Star Wars" marketing spin on the card perks is probably to attract Star Wars fans that don't care about Disney. One of the guys I work with could care less about Disney, but loves Star Wars so much, he was practically salivating when I told him about the card. By making the perks sound more Star Wars oriented, they can attract a whole new cross section of cardholders.

And I have to say that I was devastated when I checked the mail today & my Darth Vader card hadn't arrived yet. Fingers are crossed for tomorrow....

I am wondering if these are the premiere cards or if both the regular & the premiere are going to be dual sided? The premiere has always been dual sided and the Mickey design shown is the premiere card option (or was at least). My classic Mickey design for my regular Disney Visa is not shown.
Just got my new Star Wars design in the mail and wanted to update -- we have the no-fee card and the design is dual-sided. From the site, it looks like there are no longer extra designs offered to premier card holders, and it also looks like all cards will be dual-sided. (From what I can see going to the new card sign-up page, anyway!)

I knew about the new SW cards, but DS is going to flip over the M&G! Thank you for sharing the info. And now I think I want the 60th anniversary one. Time to go change our card designs!

I just went online to my account, and was (hopefully) able to choose a different design for both my husband and I. Here's what it says on the website:

Change your card design - Show your Disney side! You can change your credit card design anytime at no cost. You and your authorized users can each choose your own unique design from the options listed below:

So we'll know for sure within 3 weeks, but I'm trusting that we were each able to choose an individual design. (I just chose our names from the drop down box)

Hubby and I have one account, but different cards. I've changed mine several times as well, no issues, and the cards usually arrive faster than the noted 3 weeks.

My DH ordered his Yoda card the day this was announced. He's so pumped that Disney is doing so much Star Wars stuff now! This meet and greet will be awesome because we are hopefully going to Disneyland next year!!!

I just received a "chip" card with an old Mickey design, and while online activating I ordered the 60th anniversary design.
I got Yoda! In a month or so, I'll go for Vader, lol. Then the droids, then Frozen, lol.
I'll follow your example, and cycle through the Star Wars designs.
This card seldom gets used, except to get the Meet & Greet photo.

Got my Darth Vader card today. I can't wait to start whipping it out.

The Chase/Disney rep told me only the Premier was dual sided. Not the first time incorrect info has been given. I even upgraded as a result...that and I can probably pay the annual fee 4x over with double reward points on most purchases I will be making.

Got the 60th anniversary one today and was happy to see it is dual-sided. I don't have premier. I think I will have to cycle through them as well :)

They must not all be double-sided. I received my new card yesterday. The one with Mickey and Friends (which I think used to be only available to premier members) and it was pictured with a design on the back, but the one I received just had a plain back. I'm not a premier member so that's what I was expecting, but the reports on here had my hopes up! Oh well, I still love my new card design!

We'll be in Disneyland in a few weeks. It would be awesome if the Meet & Greet was happening by then.

We're not premier members either and the one with Mickey and Friends is the one my DH has had for years. They probably aren't double sided because they still have old inventory to use up. Whereas the Star Wars ones are all new...

That's what I was thinking too. I'd go cycle through all the new ones first :) But I never did look at the back of Yoda, LOL.

I got my Darth Vader card yesterday and it looks great.

TIP: call Chase and ask to get it rushed to you. This may only work if you have multiple accounts with Chase. They shipped mine next day UPS air which was a nice touch.

Has anybody seen any more info on when the M&G will begin in Disneyland?

I haven't heard anything concrete, but if I had to guess I would think it starts when Star Wars Launch Bay debuts on 10/11 (haven't heard if that's the official opening date or not, but that was the date everyone talked about). Holding it in the SWLB would make the most sense.
