New Cancellation Policy...T-Rex???

We are thinking about booking dinner at T-Rex on our arrival night. Are they included in the $10/person cancellation policy? We want to do a sit-down meal on our arrival night, but we can't exactly do a walk-up with our group of 15. Our flight is scheduled to land at 2pm so I'm thinking about booking dinner for 6:30pm. We're using DME and staying at OKW so I think that would give us plenty of time. My only concern is the possibility of a flight delay. We're travelling in June so I am not too worried about the weather.

Thanks! I looked too, but since it is not a Disney-owned restaurant, I wasn't sure if it would be listed along with the Disney restaurants.
