Boy that went fast... Deposit on 12/15, Passed ROFR a week later, and boom, we closed today. Yeah!!!!
Not a huge contract, only 100 points, but since we live in Idaho we won't likely be traveling to to Florida but every 2-3 yrs anyway, so I think that works out pretty well for our needs.
Now for a question...
We have a December use year, and 80 '08 points which I plan to bank. The trip we are PLANNING (though might change our minds) would start the Saturday after Thanksgiving in 2010... we could still USE those banked 'O8 points that weekend, right? And the '09 points would still be useable, and we would get our '10 points then too if we planned an 11 day stay? (could even borrow or '11 points if we WANTED??) I
I realize that is cutting it close as far as potentially losing those '08 points if we had to make a change in our plans... we are also considering doing a Sept stay '10 instead, but that doesn't fit quite as well with our travel plans (we homeschool and are planning an East Coast history tour, ending at the World, and would LOVE to be there for the Christmas decor!).
Thoughts?
Thanks!
Heidi
