Tomorrow is the release date for "Creating Magic, 10 Common Sense Leadership Strategies From A Life At Disney" a new book written by Lee Cockerell, the recently-retired Executive VP of Operations at WDW Resort.

Lee pretty much ran the show at WDW for a number of years and inspired tens of thousands of cast members along the way..you don't get your own window on Main Street, USA for nothing! In addition to leadership strategies, you'll get some great inside info about operations at WDW Resort.

I wanted to put this plug in for Lee's book because his writing and example have made me a better leader. I think you'll see what I mean by reading through his blog or getting his book.

I LOVE this site. I've been reading it for awhile now and I'm so excited to get the book. I think he is just fantastic and I can't wait to read his thoughts!
