We were there early in the day.
Our tins had yogurt, a salmon roll, pita bread, a jicima (sp?) salad, dried meats, cheese, dried apricots, melon with mint, and a fig almond bread.
It was a snack, but a hearty one. I still needed a meal a couple of hours after.
There are kids versions available and there is a different menu later in the day. The afternoon menu has tandori shrimp and chicken salad and hummus in place of some of the morning items.
