Only 1999 mugs can be used, in addition to newly purchased mugs. The part that the blog left out was that you can use ANY Big Gulp cup from 7-11 for refills in a cross promotion.

I don't think that's correct Mike, because it has to have the RFID chip in it for it to work. That would mean only newly purchased mugs.
