new blog: Walt Disney Settles Trademark Lawsuit over “Frozen”

Seizing on the popularity of the Disney Movie Frozen, Phase 4 Films renamed its movie, The Legend of Sarila to be Frozen Land. Disney Enterprises (which owns Walt Disney’s intellectual property) promptly sued Phase 4 Films for violating its trademark in the Frozen logo.

Another fear well written interesting blog by jack burgin I bet it more interesting then the movie that tried to rip off Disney. It also nice to see Disney win a case and not have a law suit against them. Maybe this is what Disney legal needs to get back in the win column and be able to take in the next big law suit. Until then we have to wait for the next burgin blog if Tom bell would leave sea world to jack since it jack handles legal blogs for the dis. And with osha going after them still in court any blog about them falls under jack burgin territory. Don't get me wrong that blog was a good one and Tom did good but it all ties in to what jack following and working on.
