Pineapple Lanai, a window in the courtyard, is the new spot at the Polynesian Village Resort to satisfy Dole Whip cravings and it is now officially open and officially a letdown.

Is it me or does the Pineapple lanai look depressing?

Perhaps they should have just called the Hole in the wall Dole whip station and called it a day. I was expecting something a little more I don't know Tropical. At least it's overlooking some gardens but still. Can't they pretty up the wall a little bit?

Like paint a mural or put up some old style dole whip adverts.

Self serve needs to come back. The Dole Whips cost pennies to make. Even at $3.99 a pop, a giant self serve one still makes profits. The look of the place is poor and the hours stink

Fix this Disney.
