new blog: Dive-In to the Hollywood Drive-In Miniature Golf at Universal’s CityWalk

Gotta agree with the author. I have an article coming soon about the Top Five Mini Golf courses in Orlando and I think the Hollywood Drive In is hands down the best of all of them (including both of Disney's). I loved that each course had a dedicated soundtrack with some great songs.

We enjoyed these courses during our last trip and my only complaint is that they are too crowded! But how could they not be? They are fabulous.

We loved it too. One of the best mini golf courses we have ever done. Our 18 year old thought so too.

We were also lucky the night we did it, the rain was coming so the crowds seemed to disappear. We had someone a fair bit behind us and a fair bit in front so we got to enjoy it without being rushed.

Can`t wait to get back on it next year :thumbsup2

These courses were being built when I was there last. Will add them to my to-do list for my trip this November.

It is mentioned to play at night, play both or is one more for a night play then the other? Also if you pay to play both, do have to play them back to back, or can you play them on seperate days?

Thanks for the information.

I'd definitely recommend doing them both at night; granted this is the only way I've played the courses.. but I can't imagine them during daylight. There's so many amazing lighting effects, plus the fact that both sides play up a sort of crampy creepiness.. I really think nighttime play is the way to go. If you had to play one during the day I'd go for the Alien side.

Ok, great info, will do both at night, can't wait.
Thanks again.
