New beds at BWV?

Can anyone confirm this? I have heard that they upgraded the sofa beds, but I was wondering about the king beds. Are these now the pillowtop beds that I've been hearing about? Are they in all of the units, or just some. Will I need to request one during my stay?

I believe sofa beds are in process of being changed. I don't think they are replacing matresses as you had hoped. As such, requesting one won't do much good. Regardless, I've always found the king beds to be very nice. I hope you will too. Best Wishes.

Yes - the king beds at the BWV have all been upgraded to the new pillowtops. They were just finishing up the upgrades last December. At least that is what the woman who dropped by to check on our room said (our room had already received the upgrade - very nice, IMHO).

Just got back from BWV on 9/16. We had a room that did not have the new sofa beds. Our friends across the hall from us had the new sofa bed.

The new pillowtop beds are so comfortable. Slept so well in it when I was there in May

Thanks for the replies. We sleep on a pillowtop at home and if I don't have one when I travel, I don't sleep well at all. I'm really happy that BWV has made this upgrade, as many of you have stated.
