While we at the Beach Club Villas in late December 2010 they replaced the deck furniture. Here are photos.

I was surprised to see the notice under the door as well as the boxes in the hallway. It was fun to see the process.

Thanks for posting the pictures! We were there in late November and had the regular plastic chairs, so this is something exciting to look forward to later this year. Yay! Can't wait to go again. Even though we don't spend a lot of time on the balcony, it's nice to have our annual dues pay for new furniture. I'd love to see photos of the new pool lounge chairs is anyone has those, otherwise, we will just be happily surprised in November!

Thanks so much for the pictures! DD and soon to be DSIL will be spending their honeymoon in a 1-bedroom there in September. This will be DSIL's first trip to WDW. Can you believe it?!? 32 and has never been to WDW!?! We are so trying to brainwash (oh, I mean win) him over to Disney!
