The People Mover is gone at Disneyland. Arg! I remember sitting in the People Mover at WDW late one evening with my exhausted youngest son (he was tiny then and is 16 now) and the CM just let us keep going round and round while we waited for DH and oldest little DS finish some other ride. My feet were very grateful to the compassionate CM that night!
ETA: I am really only going to want a Skyway chair if it swings across the top of my room!

Aww...I heart the People Mover. I miss it so. When Rocket Rods was still around, they at least had a people mover car in the queue area (along with one of the old rockets and a couple other old ride pieces). That was great. They also had the Circle Vision working, which made me giddy and made the 3 hour waits worth it.
The sky buckets on the other hand, I have no love for those. They always scared the bajinkers out of me when I was in them, and when they went overhead I would always run as fast as possible when going under them.
