New article on monorail accident (edited to add new link shows what a beautiful CM)

Orlando Sentinel reports:

Services are at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First United Methodist Church in Kissimmee, said Twis Lizasuain, a Kissimmee police spokesperson who is acting as a spokesperson for the Wuennenberg family.

I have a close friend who had to burry her 21 year old a few years ago. its such a difficult journey to watch your friend walk through. My prayers are with this family

That was soo sad what happend to Austin. My prayers go out to his family:grouphug::sad1:

What a wonderful video - I would imagine the video is bittersweet for the family to see, but a treasure to have at the same time. It's strange to me that having never known Austin how much this tragedy has sat with me over the last few days. I've cried while reading all the articles, and then seeing this adorable video - it was clear he loved what he was doing and it was more than a job. I'll be thinking of his family today as they bury their young son much too soon. :sad1: Perhaps he is sharing some magic with Walt today....

The video was a personal moment for the visiting family, but I am glad they shared it with the rest of us.

It makes him a real person, not "just a cast member" who had a most unfortunate accident.

Very true. Certainly a very special young man.

We lost our 16 yr. old son back in 1991. Someone had a video of him from a trip they were on. It was not along one, but it sure was nice to have. I hope they were able to send a copy to Austins family. It is a rough road to go down, and our thoughts and prayers are with the family

Like everyone else I am very saddened about this loss. I feel for his family. Such a horrible thing.

:sad2: My brother was killed in an accident when he was 21. A day doesn't go by that he isn't in my thoughts.

Austin's family is in my thoughts & prayers...

How nice to see that he loved his job and was having fun. How sad for his family to have lost a young son who was just working his way through college :sad1: His friends and family are definitely in my thoughts and prayers.

And   for connie1042 and corky441. Even though it wasn't recently, I am sure it is still hard for both of you.
