French hotel group Park & Suites has announced it's going to build a four-star apartment hotel, next to Golf Disneyland.
The Appart City Val d' Europe hotel will have 186 apartments that will later be complemented by a development of 22 villas located in the heart of the 27-hole Disney themed golf course.
The complex will also be equipped with a restaurant, a golf simulator and a fitness area and is expected to open in late 2016.
