NEW and Need HELP - Disboards Acronyms

Hi everyone,

We are fairly new to this board and does anyone have a list of all the acronyms everyone is using? I know what SSR and DME is along with OKW. But what is DH? What are all the other ones out there? Thanks

DH is Dear Husband....Others will follow as well like DD (Dear Daughter), DS (Dear Son) etc. etc.

And if a number follows DS or DD, it is the age of the son or daughter. Ex: DD5 means 5-year-old daughter, DS9 would be 9-year-old son, etc.

Slightly embarassing reveal here...when I first came across these boards, I thougt that DH, DD, DS, etc. was short for Disney husband, Disney daughter, Disney son, etc.

You are correct! According to the DISboards official list of abbreviations:

DH - Dear (Darling, Disney) Husband
DD - Dear (Darling, Disney) Daughter
DS - Dear (Darling, Disney) Son
