My daughter has been accepted into the Disney College Program for the fall. She is unable to get to her dashboard and has until Friday, March 4 to accept the position. We sent an email Feb. 26, and the automated response says they will get back to us within 3-5 business days. She not only needs her password reset, but she needs her security questions reset, too. We need a phone number, and we need to talk to a human being that can help - not get the auto-bots that keep telling us to send an email.

Can anyone help us? Does anyone have a phone number that will give us to a person?
