Through the years of visiting Disney we have often thought about using one of the kid's clubs for an adult evening out however never got around to it. I agree with the poster who said that for the prices they charge you should get top-notch service. I think a fact sheet should also be given to the parents when they drop their child(ren) off explaining what is available for food, actvities, movies etc. Perhaps the family could go over it together before Mom and Dad leave so there are no unpleasant surprises. Disney means quality family entertainment and for little kids daycare is part of the entertainment so should be on the same level as everything else. It sounds like what you got was not on par with the rest of the vacation and that's too bad. I would recommend sending a letter with your comments about the quality of care your kids got and some suggestions for improvement. A good company always listens to their customers' suggestions and then acts upon them. Good luck..have a Disney Day
