I'm glad I am not nan ADR addict. I picked my spots, and haven't changed much. I went nuts at first, but then went back and cancelled some since I wasn't sure where we would be at some times.

I checked out the Ridemakerz website, if that store is in DTD, I might have to hang out in there for a little while.

You two are better than me. Now with the whole Chef Mickey's debacle, I am itching to change again. Have you all read about the new "Mickey trial" going on there? Mickey is only at the front of the restaurant posing for photos and will no longer be circulating. Thoughts?

Yup, Ridemakerz is the one at DTD. It looks like a ton of fun, especially if you have little boys. I'd want to go in and price it out and look around before I took the kids in.

Hi I was just stopping by to see if there had been any updates and it looks like you have a crazy ADR issue!!!!! I'm on the same page with you as far as Le Cellier goes. I would eat there but I don't think it's all that and would NEVER eat there as soon as it becomes a 2 credit meal this spring! I asked my friends that I'm going with in Oct if I should keep looking for an opening there since France might be a little too fancy for them and they said heck no, they'd go to Teppan Edo over that so I guess that decision was made!

The extra days have me so pumped up. I feel like it's a little relaxation and pixie dust tacked on to the trip! Yeah, that LeCellier thing is going to get tricky. It's good, but not all that. I have heard somewhere that there is talk of improving the menu once it becomes 2 credit. While I think that's great, there might be riots if the filet or cheddar cheese soup was off the menu. We really liked Teppen Edo. It's especially good if you've got a larger group and can fill up most of a table.

Someone got the "brilliant" idea that Mickey should no longer circulate and only be available in a photo op instead of the plate thingie. I did see a post go up in the last couple of hours that said they've already decided this is a bad idea and have him walking around again. Since I do have this ADR problem, I would seriously consider boycotting if Mickey didn't stop by the table! You mean you do not want to spend $30 to have a photo of your family in front of a large plate? It totally looks like... we're for dinner tonight!

I didn't know about that. Same thing that they did at Tusker House with Donald. I see the point, because people are more apt to buy the pictures if they are with a character. But personally we bought the TH pictures without Donald before the change and didn't buy the one with Donald the next year. So their plan didn't work with us.

I am now gonna have to rethink our ADR for Chef Mickey's. It's my DS's fav place, but maybe I can convince him to see Mickey at Ohana breakfast instead.

Hmm, I hadn't heard about that. You can still get you picture with Mickey, so I guess it isn't too bad. It's not like they hang out at your table for a long time, and it is similar to Donald at Tusker House, and one of the Princesses at Akershus. I guess I'm ok with it.

When are you thinking of a next trip? What resorts are you debating between? Even if I won't be planning another trip for a long time... I can live vicariously through my friends with APs and DVC!

I announed it over on my TR, but in case you haven't been over there yet, it's currently March 17-27; however, it might be switched to 3-13. I have to call Disney. I've been battling a migraine for a few days now - I NEVER get them, but I have no other explanation as to what the dull pain on the sides of my head, feeling dizzy when I move around, is. I gotta get caught up on my own TR!

Does anyone know if this dump shop will be open while the reno for the ride goes on? They updated the store when the last 3 movies came out. It used to be called Endor something but now it is tatooine traders. So maybe they won't have to update and can keep it open.

I'm thinking they will keep it open, after all....it makes money! I haven't read any TRs or heard anything yet though. I almost asked a CM when we were there earlier this month, but didn't.
