Netflix @ Grand Floridian question

Hey all I’m at Sugar Loaf at the GF right now and our DVD player has Netflix but every time we try to start it it says it’s not connected to the internet. Is there a way we can connect it or is it a giant tease? Thanks!

Have you tried going through the Internet Setup and connect to the resort WiFi?

It can be an issue on TVs/DVD players without a web browser as the WDW Wifi requires you to authenticate via webpage before the connection is made.

In some hotels you can call IT services and they can register your device via its MAC address to bypass the web page login. No idea if Disney IT allows that or not.
