Netflix sent me an e-mail to forward for 1 free MONTH service for friends and family.

Usually the trial offer is for 2 weeks. If you've been wanting to try it, I will be glad to pass it on.

You do need to "sign up" for Netflix, including putting in a payment type. If you don't cancel before the month is up, you will be charged. This is only good for the one DVD a month plan ($8.99 a month), though if you decide to keep the service you would be able to upgrade at that time.

This is only for new members and specific former members (though they don't mention what that is).
