My daughter who is now 11, has been going to the clubs since she was 3. She's now at the age where she can go between the Lab and Edge by herself, which made me nervous on this past cruise, but I set firm rules for her that she followed. She has ADHD and Aspergers, plus food allergies and in past cruises the clubs and counselors have been more than amazing. They're so great at interacting with the kids and making sure they're happy, so try not to worry
