Nemo show/Tusker House time different in Sept???

I was told when I made my 1:10pm ADR for lunch at Tusker House for Sept. 1, it would not guarentee me a seat for Nemo, because the time had been changed to 2pm - 2:50pm.

Anyone know anything about this, or was my CM just whacked???

As of right now I'm planning on seeing the show in the morning, but if he was wrong...I might go for the afternoon show.

ADR time = 1:50 through 2:45 = tickets to 4:45 show

I am going in the beginning of September and I only made this ADR to get the tickets. If my 1:45 time does not get me a ticket, you'll probably read about me in someones post about the crazy lady they saw in AK today having a fit at Tusker House!

We just did this and it was great! We had a 1:05p seating time, ate lunch, did some shopping on the way to the theater, walked right up to the side entrance (passed by a HUGE line of folks waiting in the sweltering heat!), and got great seats

Would definitely recommend it!

So will I automatically get the tickets, even though the ADR CM said it wasn't a Nemo seating, or do I have to call back and say I want them???

So has anyone done Tusker's and Nemo show lately?
We did it last March and it worked great. I'm confused now as to what time to make Tusker reservations to get the NEMO passes. any help?

Oh wow that great. i was going Sept 13-19 and i was going to a lunch reservation at Tucker House and to get a free ticket for my 3 year old to see Nemo is great. I love this site

I just cancelled my dinner and booked lunch. The Nemo package is listed on the reservation, and I didn't have to do anything but make the ADR.

I just made my reservation for lunch at Tusker House and saw the Finding Nemo ticket offer when I was making it, but don't see it anywhere on the reservation page. Is it somewhere else? We would really like to see it and to have a ticket would be great. Thanks.

As long as you made your reservation during the required time window, when you check in you'll be asked if you'd like to see the Finding Nemo show. If you aren't asked, you can ask the host or hostess about it.

Finding Nemo is a stage show (musical) at the Animal Kingdom park. Below is a link to Disney's page describing the show. Essentially, it's a musical stage show that retells the story of Finding Nemo. There are several shows per day at AK. You do not have to eat at Tusker House to be able to see the show; eating at Tusker House at specific times (between 1 and 1:40 pm for the 3:15 pm Finding Nemo show), gets you access to a 'preferred seating area' set aside especially for patrons of Tusker House. It doesn't cost more to take advantage of the Tusker House/Finding Nemo offer, so if you're willing eat a late lunch and then hustle over to Finding Nemo, it's a pretty good deal.

Great! Thanks! I am guessing it is worth doing this so you don't have to wait in line to get into the show. I was thinking of having breakfast at the TH with characters, but do you think doing lunch is better?

There are no characters at lunch. If you want to see them, definitely don't switch.

Wait, there ARE characters at lunch at Tusker House now, as of Dec. 4th, I believe. So, breakfast AND lunch are character meals. I had a 12:00 character lunch booked there...but I just switched it to 1:10pm to take advantage of the Nemo show option...can people please tell me if it's really worth it? I will have to plan for snacks to do such a late lunch with the kids....

You're responding to an old thread. The preferred seating for Nemo was discontinued when Tusker House lunch became a character meal. Just book your ADR for the time you want to eat.
