Nemo ride when is the grand opening?

I am an AP holder but will not be there for the preview - I know for EE they had soft openings prior to the grand opening- do you think they will do that for Nemo? I am going to be there Nov 4-17 - I ask b/c our nephew will be there for a few days and he LOVES NEMO and I just wondered how not really open openings worked!
