Any idea if the new Nemo attraction at Epcot will be FP?

Are they putting in a new nemo attraction??? I thought it was just the Turtle talk. If that is what you are talking about yes it is a fast pass.

I imagine they will see if Fastpass is needed before they put it in. Depending on how fast it loads (which they know) and how popular it is (which they don't).

They are building a new nemo ride called the Seas with Nemo and Friends set to open this October (Previews for DVC and Passholders on 10/13-10/15). It has not been anounced if it is fastpassed yet but you are wrong in saying that Turtle Talk is a FASTPASS attraction. It is not. No Turtle Talk is not officially a fastpass attraction, but I have read reports of CMs handing out some sort of admission passes to keep the queue from getting out of hand. (There is no actual queueing area other than whatever ropes they set up.) So be aware of that possibility.
