*in your opinion*, do you think Neil Entwistile will be guilty or not guilty to the murders of his wife and 9 month old daughter?..even though he pleaded not guilty , i still believe he murdered both of them and because there isnt another suspect at this point.

guilty, guilty, guilty. I've been saying it since the beginning. A mother and her baby are found dead, the husband/father leaves for England with a one way ticket around the same time and doesn't come home when he hears the news? Not even to attend their funeral? The gun that was used to kill them has both his DNA and hers on it(hers on the muzzle of the gun)...he said he could not get in to his inlaws house to get the gun to kill himself, yet he has keys to his inlaws house on his keyring...his computer history shows him looking at websites on how to kill others and how to kill yourself... sounds like he did it to me. such a sad story

He is guilty. And a coward. At least Chuck Stewart had the decency to allow himself to be thrown off the bridge. :lmao: Ya, I know not funny but it kinda is.

Now we have to pay for Neil to have a fair trial. I just don't get it.

Not guilty until proven otherwise. Admittedly, the circumstantial evidence is overwhelmingly against him; the prosecutors have a nearly "slam dunk" case; the poor public defender assigned to Entwistle is going to have a hard time coming up with some strategy. That said, I'd still give him the benefit of the doubt until it's all proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

I'm sorry...I may be getting caught up in all the media with this one, but IMHO, he does not deserve the benefit of the doubt.

From what we've seen so far, he looks guilty. It's up to the prosecutors to prove it, so we'll see.

I like the body armor they put on him for his perp walk. If he gets convicted, he'll need it in jail, too.

Well, everyone is innocent till proven guilty, but I think the facts speak for themself in this one. At least with Lacy Peterson there was doubt at first, until everything started to unravel...this guy, if he didn't do it, sure makes himself look guilty...so going on facts shown on TV and in the news I am saying guilty.

He's definitely trapped in his own web of circumstantial evidence. He's stuck fast. Everything is pointing to him.

I heard that, apparently, his lawyers are going to argue that there's no way Entwistle can get a fair trial because of the media surrounding it.

Did anyone see the court proceedings today? He looked so smug standing there, there was something very scary about him

i know what you're talking about, he didnt show any emotion what-so-ever.

Can you imagine how that woman must have felt knowing your husband was pointing a gun at you? I hope the wife and baby didn't suffer.
I believe the reports also said that he was at first contemplating using a knife, but then stole the FIL's gun as it would be "neater and quicker" The police found weeks worth of searches on his computer. :(

He is GUILTY in my view. Too bad the taxpayers of Massachusetts have to support him for the rest of his miserable life. :crazy2:
I do hope they announce to the rest of the prisoners what he is in there for. According to CSI and Law and Order, baby killers don't last too long in prison.
Even convicts have their standards .

Yeas, I am one of those taxpayers. Unfortunateky we do not have the death penalty, but then again that may cost me more money in the end. Hopefully he will get payback while he is enjoying his stay at one of our fine accomodations!!!!

Guilty!

5 months in MA; no taxes paid; & we MA taxpayers get to pay his room & board for the rest of his life.

SEND HIM HOME!!!!

GUILTY as sin! I hope he gets what he deserves - oh wait we're not allowed to do that in the US.

I read that in tonight's paper....so I guess in order to kill someone and get away with it, you only need to do in such a way that it creates a media circus. Then your lawyer can argue that their defendant will not get a fair trial and you're good to go
