We live in a subdivision in which the lots are about three acres each. The houses on our street have woods behind them. My DH has our back yard looking like a beautiful state park- all the under brush is cleared. Our only problem is when it rains as much as it has lately it take several days for all the water to drain off. Our next door neighbor and his son have decided our back yard can be their playground. Everytime we leave they ride their 3 wheelers all over our back yard. We just returned from town to discover them riding all over all yard. My DH talked to the father and asked him to please not ride the three wheelers in our yard. I find it so hard to believe that people would do this without asking! I just needed to vent!

That is so rude. I don't blame you for being mad. I bet they'd think nothing of suing you were they to get hurt on your property. I'd tell them nicely one more time then look into getting a fence. I'd consider calling the police and reporting them for trespassing but that probably wouldn't be such a good idea.

This isn't practical but if you can afford it I would get some type oof fence to keep them out. I know that isn't the solution, I would be real mad, I feel for you, almost like my neighbors that let their dogs poop in my yard instead of theirs, PEOPLE ARE RUDE!!!!!!!!

We had the same problem, but were able to slove it by piling a little brush at the entrance points. They would drive on the property when the kids were out playing in the yard. Can you imagine?
