Negative Simon card???

Uggg... I just checked my simon card and I have a negative balance... how can that happen? I am negative $82.00. It was from the Nascar offer form SR.

I never called to cancel because after I signed up they said I will get another email to approve my membership and nothing ever came.. I also never got credit.

Will simon now charge the credit card I used to buy the girt card?

hopefully its not a normal pending.. it has an authorization approval. They tried to charge it 3 days before that and denied it.. than put it through. I canceled my debit card that I used to purchase the gift card in case they try to charge me for it.

That is frustrating, I thought that's why we were using prepaid cards, so they couldn't be charged without having the amount on it! I hope it works out for you!

There is no way that they can charge your original credit card that you used...think about it...you could have given that as a gift? Or Kira could have bought it for you for your cash out and she can't be held liable!

I agree there's no way they can legally charge the credit card you used to purchase the card. I'm surprised simon put the charge through especially since it says in the terms that charges exceeding the available balance will be declined. However if Nascar can't get the payment they think you owe them don't be surprised if you get a invoice in the mail.
