Needing to reinstall app to access

Every time I try to open the app I see an error message telling me how many times I have used the wrong password (less than 5) and then get a white screen. I have to uninstall and then reinstall to get in. I am on an android running the latest OS.

I feel your pain. I have been having problems with the app for a very long time. Different phones, etc. Unfortunately, I think they have abandoned the app as the last update, at least for android phones, was over a year ago. But, if enough of us complain, maybe something with be done about it.

Does the staff ever pop by here to help with issues? Is there a better place I could go for answers?
