Needing to PM

I joined yesterday and completed my 10 posts several hours ago. I still cannot PM. Am I missing something?

I'm currently trying to PM a user and it says it's now allowed.

The user is also trying to PM me and it says it's not allowed.

For the conversation option to be enabled, both the person creating the conversation and the person receiving it must have at least 10 posts (not including DVC forum posts) AND be registered on DISboards for at least 24 hours. Once those milestones are achieved, it can take the system a while to recognize it and enable the options.

I think there is some sort of glitch going on here on DIsboards this afternoon, as I've had issues logging in since early this afternoon.
