We are going to Disney over our spring break, March 24-31. We would like to stay at Pop, but it is not available for the first night. Is there a way to book a different on property hotel for that night, and then book our Pop all on 1 reservation with 1 reservation number?

No, we booked a night at Wyndham Bonnet Creek which is in the middle of property but not a Disney resort for one night and had one Disney reservation for the rest but each booking on property is a new reservation.
