NEEDED: Pluto custom shirt design

Happy Easter! I posted on another disigners thread, but I don't think she is "creating magic" right now. I am very new to the boards as this is my 2nd post. My family is leaving April 11th and I wanted to make a shirt for my DH as we will be celebrating our 11 year wedding anniversary.

The design is "I am well trained" then a picture of Pluto underneath, then "Just ask my wife" colors could be anything to show up on a gray shirt well. Thank you so much! I hope I don't upset the disigner I requested this too, but I really think might be on a sabatical [
