Needed 70 pts. March 13 -18 Boardwalk or Beach Club Villas

I'm interested in purchasing 70 points for either the Boardwalk or Beach Club Villas for March 13 - 18. I'm not sure what the exact protocol is in renting points from a member as this is my first time in doing so. How much would a deposit be or does it have to be paid in full before ressies are made. Thanks for any and all information, it is much appreciated.
