Need villa recommendation

We are going to Disney the first week of December and I haven't decided on place yet. I get overwhelmed looking at all of the choices out there. We would like to stay pretty close to Disney. Last year we stayed at a great house in High Grove but would like to be a little closer this year. We would like either a house with a private pool or a townhouse with a splash pool. There will be 4 adults and 3 kids -would like 3 or 4 bdroom and kid friendly. Thanks!!

You will see this house is about 10 minutes away.

Old lake wilson road is west on 192 from disney near the ponderosa. Nice house, gated community. The other which I can't lay my hands on is on Lindfields, right on 192, west of disney about 4 miles i think. I will try to find contact details out and post them soon

There's a thread somewhere about Windsor Hills, a gated community with condos and free standing homes. It's close to WDW (especially AK) and I just got back a few weeks ago from a stay in one of the condos. We were very satisfied. Happy Planning!

We stayed in a house in Emerald Island two years ago and loved it. Would've loved to stay at the same house or at one in Windsor Hills this year but just didn't jump on the search soon enough. We're staying in a house in Indian Creek instead (older neighborhood). It is great staying that close. There are lots of search engines to house hunt.

I think you can try Windsor Hills. I also like this Apartment. It has great pool, great parking, great location.The Layout of these apartments are quite nice. The rooms are a reasonable size. I find a review for it,you can have a look:
And last time i went there, I found a coupon at a deal site and it save me a lot of money when I book on line. I think it is also help for you. You can search "hotel" at dealstudio.com.
